My midwife who has been great & always made me feel at ease (Karen - Clarendon lodge) However when I have needed to speak to labour ward I've always spoken to someone quite rude. My 20 week scan also wasn't sent through I rang the hospital & lady in appointments was very rude & wrote on my record I had refused an appointment which wasn't the truth.
