Stratford hospital very accessible for me. All staff pleasant and helpful. Appointment on time. Pleased to have face to face appointment and see same Dietitian for consistency. Megan gave me her time, listened to me, and talked through the improvement I had made with the advise she had given me at previous appointment November 2022. I felt happy to be discharged knowing that my doctor would be advised that should I feel the need I can make contact again for a further appointment with a Dietitian. Thank you
