I was well informed about the procedure. Everyone was very kind and understanding about difficulties I had, ot questions as well as communicate and professional without being cold.

A very minor issue: I was first reffered to a clinic in hastings house surgery, and I was not { } who reffered me there, as I was already being treated at cape road. But I was told I was opening, and I chase bruaswick so it was fine.
