The day staff were good, very helpful, patient & caring but some of the bank staff that came on duty at night certainly varied.
Suggested improvements
More staff, of course, would be the solution to let of the problems, especially running the day - felt so sorry for the staff some days when under a lot of pressure trying to do a good job.
