Laura was so professional. She put me at my ease, listened carefully to my symptoms, examined my knee and explained in detail what the problem is. I even met George the skeleton. She gave me some exercises and within a week there was some improvement. Laura explained that my knee will take some time to get back to somewhere near normal. Now 6 weeks on things are developing in just the way she said they would with gradual improvement week on week. Her manner with patients is perfect and I trusted her completely.
