Staff are friendly and relaxed. They always make you feel well cared for and provide good advice and assistance. Space is provided to go at own pace and staff are always on hand to provide support. Rooms are well decorated and homely. Eating space is well laid out and inviting.

We have felt that we were looked after really well the whole time we've been at the birthing center. There have been midwives available twenty-four hours a day to help and re-assure us. Everything we've needed has been provided and all the questions we've asked have been answered. The service has felt extremely personal, with staff on hand to help food, wash and change our baby. Nurse was really relieved not to have needed to be transferred following (to hospital) a minor complication during labour. An ambulance crew was retained but the midwives were able to handle the situation in-house which made a huge difference to our birthing experience.

Everybody was amazing! Midwife's couldn't have been more helpful and everybody is eager to help. I would definitely come here again for future pregnancies. Thank you to all and special thank you to Tina who helped to deliver our baby safely.
