Health visiting team seen wagaited. I had to call to chase my appointment, my had my details but no appointment for me and couldn't explain why however, quickly relived once I called them.

Transferred from Chelsea and Westminster for post natal care, communication was good and midwife come round next day. She was lovely only minor improvement would be that we had to come into hospital for the 5 day further up as it was on a Sunday. Wasn't a big deal and staff(Kay) were great but would have been lovely to do it at home.

Everyone has been so absolutely amazing and caring. I couldn't possibly fault it. We've all been cared for so well.

My wife and I weren't actually booked in for the birth here, we were due to have son at Pembury. But my wife couldn't make it and we had to divert here! The midwifes sprung into action immediately and were fantastic! They made the birth a brilliant experience with no issues and we are glad the we ended up here instead of Pembury. The after care is also superb making sure your well fed and watered and constantly on hand to any need's. All in all a lovely experience. Thank you!
