Breege- my nurse who took out my implant was very friendly and discusses the procedure while he is doing them which calms me own. She is brilliant. Thank you very much.
I would just like to point out the problem with your telephone line I have been trying to call to look an appointment but no one answers the phone for hours on several occasions.

Verbal complaint 13/2/20 from patient NGU00F2507 found ti extremely difficult to book appointment via phone (was in waiting queue to 2-3 hours twice). Felt receptionist was abrupt and made a phone.
