Care professional, sensitive treated with courtesy and kindness.
My sister, she, is regarded as her individual and not just another elderly patient.
I felt that I could go home in the evening knowing that she is safe and cared for, which helps me - so I can help her!

We get listened to no matter how trivial our questions. Not only do we get cared for medically and with expert nursing but there is always fun and laughter.
I also appreciate the visit of the chaplain.
