Lady checking protein and blood pressure is super sweet and very kind, makes my day always.
Suggested improvements
The diabetes blood test at 28 weeks for pregnant women needs to be explained better. The lady (nurse) drawing bloods can be bit more kind and easy going few have fear of needles so a bit more comforting.
