1st midwife that visited didn't introduce herserlf to me, checked her watch and yawned through visit and failed to re-assure me when I was feeling v vunlerabel. All other midwives have been very friendly and reassuring. If possible would be nice to have same midwife for all vistis.

They take good care about me, learn me everything I need to know and treat me well. For me that is satisfying.

Every midwife was really very good. They checked me every time very nicely and they all have done their good job. They answered me my every questions very nicely. They checked my baby very nicely. I like all midwifes.

There was too much variability in midwife quality - two were excellent, one acceptable and one indifferent. They also gave different amounts of advice and information - consistency across the team would be helpful The Kenmore team was also extremely short staffed during our time with them and same of the midwives were on bank - not good for the service.

I am happy with the care provided, it is been explained what I was concern about my pregnaey. I was not able to get in touch with dietitician so that needs to be improved.

I was listened to and all my questions were answered. I was always checked upon and my baby was well taken care of.

The regular visits provide excellent support during this early part of the babies arrival for both baby and myself. All was done very well, cant think of any improvements. Perfect.
