- Attended on time. - Mid-wife answered all queries. Cons. It was very difficult to book an appointme initially as there was no response and had to call repeatedly.

The midwifes have been very knowledgeably and have been able to answer all the questions we've asked them. It would be useful if the visitor could call half an hour before coming round to confirm mum's in especially if not visiting on the arranged date.
