Friendly and accommodating staff. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the test. The tests especially for HIV needs to be updated for more rapid results.

I was hoping for an examination like I had when I came to the GUM clinic 10 years ago at Northwick Park rather than just a few tests for something I know I haven't got.

The staff are extremely sweet and never make you feel embarrassed.
Improvement.
Got misinformed to the wrong waiting room so had to wait 2 hours.
Better communication.
