The nurse (contraceptive clinic) was absolutely fantastic. The receptionists however were very unprofessional and are whenever I have been here. They have conversations among themselves loudly whilst attending to patients. The receptionist said to me "come here" to call me which I found unprofessional. I am a nurse and found the experience cold and uncomfortable until I saw the nurse who was lovely and made me really comfortable.
