The midwives were lovely, but the problem was communication. 2nd visit - no one came + no one told me it had been cancelled; I did phone the number + was told to wait till 5, so I spent the day waiting for a midwife who wasn't in that day 2nd appt was cancelled + again I had to call on 3 occasions to find out if I could be seen before 12.
