I don't think you could do anything than you are doing now. I found all staff very polite and alway got greeted when you went for your appointment with good morning by your first name on afternoon. Very nice I always came out after my treatment a bit happier. So all I can say thank you and just keep doing what you are doing. God bless.

I never felt my care was being hurried and the physiotherapist (Daire) made useful suggestions such as taking photos of the exercises so I could easily follow them at home.
