Lisa has been amazing. She to me as a whole and not just my symptoms. She always had time to listen and has been incredibly supportive. I have made a lot of progress and feel I have the skills I need to keep my balance in check. She should be nominated for employee of the month.

My physiotherapy was very good for several reasons.
1. The physiotherapist who helped me were truly lovely. They were gentle, helpful and respectful and at no point did I feel under pressure or not listened to.
2. The exercise bike which I believe was donated by Charity has an onboard computer and the feedback from this computer was essential in my treatment.
3. My physiotherapist was such good company that I enjoyed spending time with her.
4. Progress has been slow by my feelings but fairly steady.
