1. The map! Especially for people who are coming on the bus and have physical ailments, standing for the building is exhausting. 2. The waiting, room could be checked up somewhat for its rather glooming. 3. 2 reception staff are overworking like constantly busy and they jungle with the phone and patient why in could be a little bit more friendly.
