Our health visitor Adele was so friendly and I felt like I could ask her any question without feeling judged.

Rapid response to concerns. Telephone calls to keep me up to date with process. No question was too silly- concerns listened to with empathy follow up after appointment. Good relationship between parent/me and nurse.

We had no idea my daughter had vision problems. Thanks to the school nurse team, my daughters vision issues were detected. Early enough to be able to strengthen her eye before she had permanent damage. She will always wear glasses but her vision is now stable.
