Having a community matron is great; the service is wonderful. It has achieved it's aim of keeping me out of hospital, I haven't been in since I've been seeing her. Could do with a lot more of them.

I don't see the community matron anymore and I miss her. I used to see her frequently for my health needs but since I stopped seeing her I feel worse.
