Both Lara and Sally listened to what I had experienced, my worries and why I hoped to gain some improvement. The recommendations and exercises have been delivered in an easy to understand way with a light hearted approach. What I have experienced has been a holistic approach that has also helped other areas that were beginning to become uncomfortable.

Clear exercise given and plan was great. Lots of support provided. Would have liked more sessions as it was very beneficial. Some information about other groups or groups to progress to would be helpful by leaflets etc.
