I was made very welcome on all occasions and found it easy to assimilate into the group. the staff were very caring and patient and quick to notice when someone was not coping well.

The care was exceptional, with the given on a one to one basis whnever needed. The quizzes, puzzles and memory tests have been good fun and I am sure have helped my short term memory. I really don't think that anything could be done to imrove this great service that we have received, apart from being able to continue the course for a longer period.

In my opinion the staff ensured we felt comfortable in the group, there was no pressure but a lot of humour. Over the last 8 weeks I have become more confident, my concentration has improved and I think my memory is a little better. I will try to maintain my progress. I think the cognitive stimulation therapy course is invaluable and I hope it continues to thrive.
