The staff members are some of the most respectful, I've ever come across in the MH sector. Very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Good clinic set up. It's a shame that primary care isn't this good. In fact doesn't even come close. They could learn a lot from secondary care. Sad many have to battle primary care.

Everything was explained and time was taken. As this course is still fairly new, the screen presentation needs to be still easy to follow and understand, the staff who hold the group are friendly and caring.

The door leading to podiatry are too heavy to manage when pushing wheelchair! Could there be a pull button at the medical centre entrance?

I wish I could of had some sort of hydro for longer I would happily pay a reasonable amount for it.

Considerate and exercise given to do at home greatly. Improved the condition. Pain eased after first appointment.

It gave me more confidence in movement. It made me stronger/fitter. It lifted my need. The only downside is that there is not enough of it.
