Generally the care was very good. I always felt listened to and things were explained well to me. - Exercise sheets were given. - Time was spent talking to me and not just about the physical aspects of prolapse problems but the changes in the rest of the body, mental health and close relationship problems which was reassuring and added something very good to the medical side. - There was scope to get an appointment at a time that was good for me which was helpful as I own my own business and time is short and precious. - I felt relaxed about talking about body function etc.
