If I could give them more stars I would - they are all lovely. I'm really happy with the service, since they have been seeing me I have had less hospital admissions and feel much more confident in coping with my health issues. I am worried with all the news of cuts that this service will be taken away - it will be a great loss to people like me and will definitely affect my health
