Excellent from the start - consideration not just of area of body involved but also of lifestyle and general health and treatment took these into account. Encouragement given all the way through, listening to what I felt capable of and what I was struggling with and addressing these issues. Lots of advice and help given, resulting in a huge improvement in my mobility and confidence.
