All of the service from the ambulance, the doctors and staff in St Mary's stroke ward, have provided an amazing standard of care and understanding in my recovery. The after care service provided by speech therapist and medics in my home has been so helpful in aiding my recovery. I have nothing but praise and admiration for them. My thanks and gratitude to all of you.
