Hi I am a member of staff and I was having a procedure on endoscopy, I was scared as I did not know what to expect not having anything like this before but from start to finish I was very well looked after and reassured about everything I was having done. Truthfully I really do not know what I was scared of the whole team were great and very caring and looked after me so well. I especially would like to thank Joanna and the team for making me feel at ease and very relaxed. Thank You All for your kindness Sandie
