The care I received excellent. It was person-centered and aimed at helping me do the things and need to do rather than what others thought was best. My recovery worrier was very good. She spent time getting to know me and gain my trust rather than rushing me to complete goals and activities. I was not ready for my time with the reablement team has definitely left me feeling slightly more positive about some aspects of my life and has given me a few more loping skills. I feel that communication between different services could be improved as there were some aspects of my treatment which I was unsure of (including after my discharge).
