I benefited by a. Being able to exercise in warm/hot water ans a shallow pool with rails at the correct height. b. The physio gave me exercise to continue at a local pool nearer to home. I had been visiting Meliville Hall Hotel pool at least twice a week. Said I was doing all the correct activities for someone with my diagnosis-swimming 2x week/dance maker seated exercise class with dancing without chairs afterwards 2 x week/. Independence arts group for singing -2 hrs/weeks and 1 hr forthrightly elsewhere-walking to Metabolic rate whenever, can on the way to activities. Dary and said I should be very cautials hiring a bike because of my baleice dyficulties. I just waited to cycle or sandour/shanker remember in the sun. He really thought "all of the box" My care was excellent. I have been very priviledged to be quick this apparently with such an experienced and competent physio who has given me such good advice. Nothing could have improved in my treatment.
