All the nurses have been caring and considerate in their treatment. It would be good to know what time they were coming but due to the very nature of the job and also work hard I guess it would be very difficult to give a time.

Gill had to give twice to syringe my husbands ears. He suffers from dementia so it was not easy for her. She came on time, was very patient and achieved a good result. She certainly was efficient and knew what she was doing.
