Assessment with Emma- Emma was very welcoming. She put me and my wife at ease right away. Her calm professionalism coupled with her friendliness ensured that we had a positive and reassuring experience. She explained everything very clearly, demonstrating when appropriate. She put me through my paces and gave me confidence about using oxygen at home. She took time and was patient throughout our visit. The care I received from Emma was excellent. There are no improvements required.
