Very friendly offer lots of advice and help - not offended if help is declined. They tried to keep same M/W so they could see if a diff in baby next time, so they knew what to look for.

Relaxed and informed one to one contact made me feel more confident as a first time mum. Classes offered were informative but quite large (not really problem just comment).
