Appointments at Abbey Meads surgery were convenient, thorough and I wasn't kept waiting. Suzy is lovely and always made my daughter feel welcome. Appointments at the GW always ran late causing considerable inconvenience the last appt was over an hour late!

Friendly staff, answered any questions I've asked. Would be ideal to get some time slot or phone call half hour before visit. That will help to avoid all day waiting for mum and baby.

Yvonne has been a fantastic midwife, it's just a shame we didn't have her from the start. I was without a permanent midwife until I was 34 weeks pregnant, so found I was repeating myself to loads of different midwives.

All midwifes where really friendly and all gave hand little tips, also they were really reasuring about me doing a great job with my baby.
