All staff were lovely and reassuring when required. Would be an idea to give an am/pm estimate for arrival of visit. However I understand how difficult it must be to predict.

Home visit is really helpful as I cannot get around by care at the moment and I can be seen in the comfort of my own home which is easier for baby.

Don't feel like a patient, more like family. Very helpful and friendly midwife. Very pleased with service. First baby so can be frightening but made to feel at ease and comfortable. Nothing to improve.

Good - excellent care during birth. Anaesthetists very helpful. Hazel Ward very caring and supportive. Doctors very attentive. Improvements: less pressure from Delivery Suite to go to the White Horse Birth centre and be more supportive when you say you don't want to go.
