whats good about the care is when I need advice and my midwife is around I can get the advice needed and she talekd through everything with me. The only thing I think needs improving is more hours at the disgnated surgery to cut down the likihood of being told to travel to the hospital when I dont have transport it would be much easier to attend the surgery when I have quieries and things need looking at

Staff all professional and caring from the delivery suite to the Hazel Ward. The midwifes in the delivery ssuite made Melanie relaxed and helped/managed the birth perfectly (Nicky and Melisa) all within an hour from arrival to birth. Everyone we came into contact with was great.
