Breathing has improved a lot. The course has helped me quine a lot. I am now able to walk into town, I couldn't even do a walk to the cemetery before and now I can go to my husband's grave.

The care, help with the information provided extremely good. Patience was shown by all staff when asked questions. They were very cheerful, especially when doing our services. I'm not sure, due to the COPD that any improvements could be made.
