My hearing had deteriorated quite badly over this past few years, and the staff went out of their way to sort an appointment for me. Very good service. Lovely staff.
Suggested improvements
Maybe, slightly more information on the us of these new aids. At my age, it tales a bit longer to register in my mind. Having them refined slightly would be wonderful.

Was made to feel at ease everyone was very helpful and kind took time making sure I was comfortable ward exercise I was doing called me up where I was not feeling good one could not attend class very thoughtful.
