These people are incredibly kind/thoughful.
People are just really nice here.
Very friendly, supportive to my son who was having the injection and my 3 year old daughter who was comfortable and happy waiting.
The response time was excellent within 12 hours of our GP referral.
They consulted with my Mother-in law and ourselves to find the best possible solution and treated us all with compassion and respect.
Required equipment was delivered the next working day and a follow up was arranged the following day.
In all the contact and help we have had could not have been any better.
Wendy Ruane is an experienced HF care professional who runs an efficient and caring cohesive team. Her experience and kindness shines through in everything she does. She always has time for me when we meet or speak on the phone. These factors are reflected in my sense of wellbeing and good health. I cannot thank you enough.

Angel is a great nurse kind caring and full of good advice and help.
My OT understood my health condition well, and put in place physical aids to help me. He also gave me goals to work towards at each meeting, to help both my mental and physical health. I would have really struggled with my brain radiotherapy treatment, without the techniques I had been given. And they will be invaluable in the future, enabling me to manage my health conditions, improve my mobility, and maintain the improvements in my mental health.
Both myself, and my house have been future proofed, as mybrain tumour issues are not going to just go away. So this therapy will save money in the future, as I will need less NHS services, as I can now manage myself better!
Jemima was really good. I feel that she is professional but also empathetic. She is easy to talk to and she listens properly. Also, she is proactive in offering me useful, relevant ideas that are sometimes quite creative (e.g. online and physical sources of alternative self-help and carer support that I had never heard of). This is a welcome combination; maybe even a little unusual for a function which needs to manage a potentially big patient caseload. But Jemima has supported me for a while now. She is willing to put in the effort, and I feel lucky to have access to her practical help and advice. I know she has a limited time per patient, but she makes it work.
Gem gave me advice in how to deal with the next few weeks after my surgery, also gave me information on exercising
The treatment & advice I was given by Thomas Kenny was excellent & gave me the mental & physical boost I needed.
