Thomas was the most excellent and professional knowledgeable person. He arrived after a dispute that I had had with my GP for provisioning physio as I was out of the area. I had locked in total leg brace, and he saw me as quickly as humanly possible once he was aware of my predicament (I was living alone and effectively housebound) He was a great source of encouragement and positivity. Only thing to be improved is that the discharge team did not seem to appreciate fully my situation at home, when discharging me.
