In todays world everyone is so keen to run the NHS down with stories of mistreatment.In my case I have nothing but admiration for all NHS staff. This is especially true with Shelly who has been a great help to me.Shelly explains everything in layman’s terms and has been very helpful in sorting my medication out. It’s very comforting to know that she is only a phone call away if I needed help or information.

I honestly can’t think of anything that could have been done better.
