The matron was prompt, friendly, sypathetic & very knowledgeable. She offered very good advice as well. She checked my Dad over thoroughly. After discovering he had signs of a chest infection. She was very efficient in informing the GP arranging antibiotics to be delivers to the pharmacy. This nipped the infection in the bud thus preventing a hospital admission. She also suggested a few other ideas to help prevent hospital.
