I think the service I received was very compassionate and helpful, especially as this was my first time reaching out for mental health help. The treatment I received made it super easy for me to be able to open up about the help I needed and I felt like my needs were really understood and addressed.

I don't think that much could be improved other than things that are unavoidable (i.e shorter referral times)

Stephen Adshead was very patient and compassionate when dealing with my daughter Kyra who really dislikes speaking to new people. My daughter was more relaxed and comfortable opening up to him (which are her comments). He seemed really knowledgeable and thorough after speaking to us at length on two occasions. It was great after years and years of worrying, having someone actually listen and provide some on-site on why Kyra acts in a certain way. We would like to Thank Stephen if you can pass on our gratitude.

I would like the medication details that Stephen was thinking may help, on Kyras GP file so that we can give them a try if the referral to the Asperger’s unit proves not to be the underlying cause of her issues.

I suffered a BRVO about 7 years ago and my retina and optic nerve have suffered damage as a result so my vision in my right eye is impaired. I have recently been diagnosed with Diabetes - I believe I have had pre-Diabetes for several years.

Some members of the online class were allowed to dominate when answering questions posed by the trainer. It would be good if the trainer could try and involve all individuals by trying to let participants take turns to try answering questions.

Overall I was impressed with the course. The presenting team are excellent and had a thorough knowledge of the subject. I would certainly recommend it to others I thought would be suitable for it.

Maybe have quarterly catch-up meetings with the attendees.

I felt meeting went very well, my therapist was very accommodating and easy to speak. I found the solutions being provided towards assisting me with my mental state are very effective. Overall had a very pleasant experience.
