I took my extremely anxious son to the vaccination centre (riverwalk Bury st Edmunds) Nurse Louise was so kind, patient, calm and professional. She gave him time and empathy and he had his vaccination with no stress at all. This will make coming back for his second dose much easier.
I am very grateful to everyone working at the centre on Saturday, it was very well organised.
Kind staff
I received excellent care from everyone involved in my care from my first hospital visit to the care nurses who visited me they were extremely caring and made me feel at ease , I also had a visit from a psychiatrist who changed my medication , I am still adjusting to this but would like to express my thanks to all of the nurses who cared for me and the compassion they showed they do an amazing job
My therapist never missed or rescheduled a session.
She was always nice and compassionate
She definitely helped me find ways to cope and hopefully in the long run fix the problem
I had a few bad experiences previously with reaching out for help on my mental health. I felt very much heard this time around!
I have what I believe to believe to be long term covid. I have had it now for over 2 years.
It was really good
I have been suffering for many years and been trying so hard to get help with my mental health and I finally feel like Ibrahim has understood me and understands What I was saying and what I’m going through and he made me feel like really cares and wanted to do everything he could to help me after seeing many people over years I was never getting anywhere always just getting given antidepressants pills And they didn’t help me but thank you to Ibrahim he listened to what I was saying I’m so thankful to him
Thank you

to epunft.compliments, David
Hello I would like to make a very grateful compliment to David Brennan of the IAPT team. South East Essex.
I was reluctant to ask for help as I am an old employee of Eput and work in psychology (Behaviour Therapy) for 25 years. Like a lot of people I thought I could help myself with my background, but unfortunately I could not move from a position I found myself in.
So I decided to ask for help.
With regards to David as a councillor. I could not have asked for a more empathic and knowledgeable man to help me through my problems.
Having a background in my psychological holistic care, he took that into consideration and used some of the techniques I used in my practice that I still use today with my clients. This was a tailored package of work that proved very successful and after weeks of working alongside him I am so much better.
Without this highly skilled and motivated man to get the best approach for me as an individual I would still be stuck in a truly horrible place.
I cannot recommend this man highly enough as an excellent councillor. I wish him well in all his future endeavours.
Thank you David.

Care in Style
I am Martin's wife and carer as he has dementia and I find the nurses very helpful when they come in the morning/afternoon. It is a huge help as I would be unable to do the checks and administer the insulin.
