Really appreciated the sessions. Allowed me to talk about in depth issues.

There should be a follow up system for those who are still struggling. Once the sessions have stopped, you’re on your own. Also a report of the sessions should automatically be sent to your GP so the information is held on your medical records.

I had a cardiac arrest in November 2021 so that is why I visit the Heart failure clinic once a month very understanding nurses

Dogged attitude by EPUT to get to the bottom of my illness. Absolutely brilliant! In a nutshell, I should never have been referred to the Long-Covid clinic in the first place but EPUT kept pursuing my GP and making efforts to get the appropriate specialist intervention which was (a this point anyway) an outpatient ENT referral. If the UK's health service was anything like EPUT's Respiratory team, the UK's health service would indeed be the envy of even more countries around the world. Sally Wood deserves a mention as the above is essentially a reflection of her professionalism and care and genuine interest to resolve my health issue. Hats off to her and her team.

Since I have been under the care of the mental health nurse Jason Rogers, I have felt like my care has improved and that I have someone to speak to when I am unwell. Another benefit is that Jason has got to know me and has witnessed different mood states over a period of time rather than the odd appointment which has helped with my care. He has gone above and beyond to try to help me and support me with the secondary care mental health team whom I have not had a good experience with. Thank you Jason.

At first it was difficult to reach Jason via the reception at the surgery which was vital for me when I was very unwell however this has now been resolved.
