When I was diagnosed with depression and ptsd I was sceptical about my chances of recovery.I had a severe heart attack which left me in a physical and mental poor shape. Over time Elenor brought me out of my depression and has taught me how to get my life back in shape again. It wasn’t always easy but she has great patience and understanding never pressured me into things I didn’t want to do but found ways around.I finished in a much better and optimistic state of mind,which I can only thank her for.

Having suffered a loss I became overwhelmed with grief and didn't want to leave my home. It brought back insecurities that I had previously been able to manage. Alex was marvellous and wasn't patronising or indifferent. She talked to me like she totally understood what I was going through. She gave me good advice and refered me to the therapy I need.

i have just looked at letter again and the letter was written before the assesment so they had no intention of helping me ... i was just going to be fobbed of with meds even though net says help with people with adhd and ptsd ... i was already struggling to talk to medical people and wouldnt let them touch me ... my mind is blown assessed on thur 8th aug ???? letter written on 5th ???? i am time blind so this i have found really hard to figure out . dont know how i can be pescribed meds before the assesment ???? i wont be taking them sorry

dont know i have icu ptsd and strugle to trust medicals im time blind so all the dates have blown my mind all i can think now is medicals just give you meds to make money ??? or diagnosis pre written im now more confused and dont want to talk to with medicals

Lovely doctor who was patient and kind with my mum who has memory issues. Took time to explain everything and give her time out when necessary.
