The therapist was very kind and friendly.

I sensed quite early on that the therapist may have been thinking I wasn’t ill enough to need help. I would have like more emphasis on talking and less on the deluge of psychology models that were sent to me.

My therapist Tom was very professional and also very encouraging. He guided me clearly through the techniques such as worry time and gave me an opportunity to feedback on how things had gone during the week.

I would have liked more sessions but I understand you have lots of people to see.
