I was just so very grateful for the treatment I received from Emma and the Long Covid Clinic. Every aspect of my care was handled with professionalism and sensitivity. Really couldn't have asked for more and am so grateful.

My Daughter has very complex needs and l have been trying for more than 10 years to find a suitable pad. Once the Continence Service became involved they did their utmost to try to support me with this. It still took a long time to resolve and l eventually found a pad myself that met my Daughter’s needs. This wasn’t available on the Home Delivery Service and so the Continence service tried many avenues to try to secure funding for it.They were very empathetic to the problem and how this affected my Daughter’s life and were very proactive in trying to resolve it. They eventually managed to get agreement from the HDS and we have been receiving a delivery of our preferred pads for several months now. This involved a lot of effort from a number of people and l am grateful to the team for resolving this after so many other people had failed.

I am very happy with the support from the Continence service but it would be helpful if there was an established process for people who have complex requirements to receive products that meet their needs rather than having to accept products that don’t meet their needs.

The staff were all focused on making the patient(me) and my sons and at all appointments, comfortable. Putting us at our ease and answering all questions clearly and even setting up an extra video call when neither of my sons were able attend.

Absolutely not- they were all compassionate, ready to answer all questions and supplying up with very helpful literature.

Polite and competent staff, helpful and informative.

On early morning appointment (1st visit) doors, locked and not staff until very close to appointment time, standing outside and waiting.
