I gave my answer because on numerous accounts I have said I wish not to participate in such a patronising group. You guys have not met my mental health needs. I get no support from ANYONE with my mental health. There is NO HELP AND NO HOPE. I may aswell just die you know and I can’t help but to say how I feel.

If I died you guys would say oh we did all we could and that is disgusting because you haven’t helped me at all.

Sharon was professional, welcoming, helpful and listened. The room I was seen in was secure, calming and made me feel comfortable to talk about my issues.

My go recommend I speak to the mental health nurse at the surgery in wivenhoe as I suffer with GAD and really need help I received a phone call from Jordan mental health nurse who spoke to me and was very kind and respectful of my condition she spoke to me about ways she could help me which was very helpful I am now going to get help and I am starting to feel better the service that wivenhoe surgery have for mental will I am sure will lots of people as I can’t thank Jordan enough as I was very low and couldn’t see away forward very good service
