My first experience of therapy was approx 4 years ago through my employer and I did not find it beneficial at all, in fact it put me off. But personal circumstances meant I needed to do something so, through my GP, I was referred to Therapy for You and had one course initially and was then put on a waiting list for a higher lever CBT course. Then I met my therapist Anna Wood and have just finished the 16 weeks. I can only say that she has been the most valuable person in helping me find my old self which was what I wanted. Her knowledge, understanding, patience, skills and ability to engage are absolutely outstanding. She has given me so many useful tools, techniques and practical ideas (even down to a brilliant book to read), that I am now getting my life back on track. I sincerely hope that this review finds its way to her managers, and they (and the NHS) appreciate what a talented person they have on board.

I received care for Postrate cancer in 2015, followed by a full postrecomy caried out in London UCH. Since then St. Margarets Hospital I get annual checkups on my PSA count. This serve has been brilliant.

Because of the problem I have with my legs the staff have been very understanding and helpful.

In my care I have received good counciling and help in doing exercise I have been asked constantly if I am ok and sat down with help from the staff thanks.
